Felipe proudly calls this his finest Reposado to date. Aged for three months, it is split-aged; half in single-use American oak whiskey barrels and half in single-use sherry wine casks. The result is silky, complex profile with roasted agave, black pepper, vanilla, oak sweetness, and a beautiful hint of dried fruit from the sherry influence.
